How to apply
For your convenience, you may apply to the Division of Continuing Professional Studies right here—online! Or you can print out the application and fax or mail it in.
The application fee is $40.
After we have received your completed application and official transcripts, you may expect a decision from the Admissions Committee typically within 3–4 weeks.
NOTE: It is your responsibility to make sure we receive copies of your official high school or college transcripts.
Apply online
To start, create a username and password. Then follow the process. You can save your work and return later to complete the application. To submit the completed application via our secure server, you will need to pay the application fee online either by credit card or electronic check. After hitting "Submit", you will receive an immediate confirmation that your application has been sent; you will also receive a second confirmation when Champlain downloads your application (generally within 48 hours of submission).
Once you are ready to apply, fill out an online application.
Mail or fax your application
To apply using the correct PDF form below, you will need the free Adobe Reader. Simply print the form, fill it out, and return it to us via fax or mail.
